In an interview with Filmfare, the actress revealed, “The emptiness of not having a father in my life is something no one can ever fulfill. Whenever I face a difficult situation, I wish for my father’s presence. Dealing with pain is so much easier for those who have their parents with them, but I have to endure the pain again and again.”
Katrina, who has never experienced such a situation in her own life, wants to do everything she can to ensure that her future child does not go through the same pain. In her words, “When I have a child of my own, I want them to grow up in the presence of both their mother and father. Breaking up a family is extremely painful. It creates a unique feeling of insecurity.”
In 2021, Katrina Kaif married actor Vicky Kaushal. The couple is enjoying their married life. Perhaps in the future, they will also become parents. But for now, Vicky and Katrina are busy with their respective careers.
